Aurum Sparkling Rosé Vintage 2018

Aurum Rose Gold is a sparkling rosé made from pure raw Manuka and macadamia honey from the Byron Bay hinterland, co-fermented with exotic and native spices including rosella and strawberry gum leaf.

The colour is a luminous blush pink with golden copper hues, glowing with fine champagne-style bubbles.

Expressive aromas of fresh pink grapefruit and wild strawberries, a complex medium body with hints of brioche and caramelised nuts in the final notes. Length and refreshing fruitiness characterise this sparkling modern honey wine.

Drink chilled and enjoy as the perfect celebratory bubbles or apéritif. Best served in a balloon champagne flute.
