Made from Byron Bay's finest hinterland honey and Manuka, plus our proprietary blend of organic spices, this wine achieves the perfect balance of acidity and freshness.

A fresh and subtle nose of tart strawberry, redcurrant and honeysuckle, this is a bright, dry and fruity mead with a crisp finish, perfect for summer evenings.
