Aurum White Gold
Aurum White Gold is a still white wine made from a selection of Manuka and macadamia honey from bees foraging on spring macadamia blossoms and clover flowers from an organic macadamia farm in the Byron Bay surrounds.
A subtle nose of green apple and citrus blossom with fresh honey notes and bright minerality. A balanced combination of lemon zest and white flowers with lightly grilled macadamia nut and lingering chardonnay characteristics.
An elegant textural medium-bodied wine with a luscious, smooth and silky mouthfeel - this is a pure expression of the exceptional nectar from our coastal lands.
