Shipping and Delivery

Fees

All prices are in $AUD.

Delivery is charged at at cost Australia-wide (and will be calculated based on your cart) and free standard shipping is available on all orders of $300 or more (excluding wholesale).

Please contact us via phone or email if you require your order urgently.

At Aurum Beverage Co. Pty Ltd we ship our orders via Australia Post eParcel and other couriers.  Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery from date of order acceptance.

Please note, for the moment we can only ship to locations within Australia.  Please email us at info@aurum.vin if you are interested in purchasing our wines outside of Australia so we may direct you to our exporters.

Terms of delivery service

Unless the purchaser expressly provides to the contrary, the purchaser requests the seller to deliver the goods to the purchaser. Any delivery timeframes specified by us are indicative only. We are not liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer if delivery is not made within the delivery timeframes, or it is delayed for any reason.

We are not obliged to deliver the goods to a location where our nominated contractor or agent does not provide delivery services, and we cannot deliver to a PO Box. The person we deliver to must be aged 18 years or over and will be required to provide proof of age and sign for the delivery. If no one is at the delivery address, or if there is no one aged 18 or over, an attempted delivery notice will be left at the delivery address and you will need to collect your delivery from the location specified in the notice.
